SMART-LE
Innovative VR Clinical Simulation Training Solution
Early Access and Pilot Programs:
SMART-LE VR is launching two tailored access pathways for nursing and medical schools: a local Pilot Program for institutions within a three hour drive of Cleveland, and a national Early Access Cohort for schools already using Meta Quest headsets. Both programs are designed to help educators bring immersive, cost-effective clinical simulation into their curriculum with guidance, support, and real-world implementation insight
Pilot Program for Nursing and Medical Schools
Bring immersive clinical simulation to your campus with hands-on support from the SMART-LE team. Our Pilot Program is available to nursing and medical schools within a three-hour drive of Cleveland and includes in-person onboarding, training, and implementation support, plus VR equipment if needed.
This program is ideal for schools that want a guided introduction to VR simulation, help aligning experiences with curriculum goals, and direct support from our team during setup and early use. Participants will also gain access to SMART-LE’s immersive patient scenarios, AI-driven verbal interaction, and built-in learning management tools to track learner progress.
Early Access Cohort for Schools Using Meta Quest
Join our Early Access program and help shape the future of VR clinical education. This national program is open to any nursing or medical school in the U.S. that already has access to a Meta Quest headset. Support is delivered online for convenient participation from anywhere.
This program is designed for early adopters who want more than product access. Through cohorts and group sessions, participants will share ideas, compare implementation strategies, and collaborate with other educators on how to integrate VR into their curriculum effectively. Schools will also receive product support and have opportunities to influence future development through direct feedback.
